Description
The medium-resistance green 24 cm Hand Exercise Web is a flexible, perforated web disc. The user inserts their fingers into its holes, then spreads and squeezes them against the web’s resistance. It is used to strengthen the finger, hand grip and wrist muscles, and also helps improve fine motor skills. It is also known as the medium finger exercise web, green 24 cm hand web or Hand Exercise Web Green, and is available at Rehabcare with delivery to all regions of Saudi Arabia.
What Is the Medium-Resistance Hand Exercise Web?
The web is a 24 cm disc made of elastic material, with evenly spaced round holes and a durable outer rim. The web resists movement when the fingers are pulled apart or brought together, so the flexor and extensor muscles work at the same time. The green color indicates a medium resistance level.
Resistance Levels by Color
The web is available in 4 resistance levels, so patients usually start at the lightest level and progress gradually to stronger ones. Yellow is light, followed by green for medium. Then red is heavy, and finally blue is extra heavy. The therapist determines the right level for each stage.
